Administration of stopped polls and tests

• You can resume the polls or tests at any time, i.e. the previously received votes are retained and additional users can participate in the poll.
• You can also reset them to 0 and continue them as polls or tests without the previously received votes.
• You can make a copy and make an arbitrary number of changes on the copy. This is convenient, e.g. when a poll has already run for a week, and you would like to restart this type of poll or test, perhaps with other answers or a modified formulation of the question.
• You can also delete them from the list of stopped polls if you no longer need the results of the poll or test.

Beenden von Votings und Tests

Sie haben verschiedene Möglichkeiten, ein Voting oder einen Test zu beenden:

1. Sie geben beim Erstellen des Votings / Tests einen Endzeitpunkt an, an dem das Voting / der Test automatisch beendet wird. Die Umfrage wird dann in der Votingverwaltung unter "Gestoppte Votings/Tests" abgelegt:

2. Sie stoppen oder löschen das Voting oder den Test manuell. Dazu klicken sie auf oder . Wenn Sie das Voting / den Test löschen, sind die Ergebnisse des Tests natürlich unwiderbringlich verloren. Wenn sie das Voting stoppen, wird es wie bei 1. beschrieben abgelegt.

Verwaltung gestoppter Votings und Tests

• Sie können die Votings / Tests jederzeit fortsetzen, d.h. die bisher abgegebenen Stimmen bleiben erhalten und es können weitere Personen am Voting teilnehmen.
• Sie können sie auch auf 0 zurücksetzen und sie als Votings / Tests ohne bisher abgegeben Stimmen fortsetzen.
• Sie können eine Kopie erstellen und an dieser Kopie beliebig viele Sachen verändern. Dies bietet sich z.B. an, wenn ein Voting schon eine Woche lief und Sie diese Art Voting oder Test, vielleicht mit anderen Antworten oder einer abgeänderten Fragestellung so ähnlich nochmals starten wollen.
• Sie können sie auch aus der Liste der gestoppten Votings löschen, wenn Sie die Ergebnisse des Votings oder Tests nicht mehr benötigen.
• Die Sichtbarkeit gestoppter Votings lässt sich durch einen Klick auf das Auge verändern. Das geschlossene Auge bedeutet, dass das Voting / Test für andere auf ihrer Homepage oder auf der Einrichtungsseite nicht einzusehen ist, beim geöffneten Auge können andere Nutzer des Systems die Ergebnisse der gestoppten Votings / Tests unter "Abgelaufene Umfragen" sehen können.
