Many users have complained about the somewhat inconvenient Login procedure — here is the remedy:

* Click on '''Generate Auto-LogIn'''.


* Now enter your Stud.IP password and select '''Download'''.


* Now save the file which is to be downloaded to your desktop — the most convenient location.

Viele Nutzer haben sich über die etwas umständliche LogIn-Prozedur beschwert - hier ist die Abhilfe:

* Klicken Sie auf '''Auto-LogIn erzeugen'''.


* Geben Sie nun Ihr Stud.IP-Passwort ein und wählen Sie '''herunterladen'''.


* Speichern Sie die zu herunterladenden Datei am besten auf Ihrem Desktop.


Sie haben jetzt eine Verknüpfung mit Stud.IP auf Ihrer Desktop-Oberfläche eingefügt. In Zukunft müssen Sie nur noch auf diesen Eintrag doppelklicken, und sind ordnungsgemäß in Stud.IP angemeldet. Sollte Ihr Betriebssystem beim Doppelklick auf die Verknüpfung herummeckern, daß es das Programm zum öffnen des Dateityps nicht kennt, wählen Sie das Programm zum öffnen aus einer Liste, die es Ihnen anbietet. Das richtige Programm ist Ihr bevorzugter '''Internet-Browser''' (Internet-Explorer, Netscape Comunicator, Opera, Konqueror, ...)
